We have just begun raising our herd of registered micro miniature donkeys.

Riptide Stables is happy to offer 4 mini jenny donkeys for sale. 

These girls were all rescues we took in last June. They are sweet souls who have come a long way and are ready for their forever homes! Since arrival at Riptide Stables, they have had the best farrier and vet care as well as tons of attention, great feed and hay and lots of socialization with people and animals. We are happy to say they are now thriving! They are bonded pairs and we are not interested in selling separately. We would love to make back the money put into them and find homes where they can continue their journeys. They have been with ponies, horses, other mini donkeys and around dogs and have been absolutely fine. There is not a mean bone in their bodies, and we think they know how good they have it and show more appreciation every day. We are not in a hurry to sell; finding them the ideal home is our priority. We have so many other mini donkeys we feel these girls deserve their own family to love them.
 

About the Donkeys:
-Two Younger Girls are Blossom & Clover (approx. 3 years old): They’ve made incredible progress and can now be led with a halter. While they could use a little more weight, they are thriving and becoming more social every day. They are very gentle and have been part of our birthday petting zoos recently! 

 - Two Older Girls are Willow and Daisey (approx. 9-10 years old): These girls are a bit more stubborn and won’t let you catch them quite as easily yet, but do love their food and are so much better than upon arrival. They will walk right up to you until they see a lead rope, but considering what they were like last June, we know they will be amazing soon!
 

Health & Care:
All four have received veterinary check-ups, vaccinations, and their hooves have been properly cared for. Which has taken many trips from our amazing and very patient farrier!  They have been socialized with our loving animals and guests at the farm, transitioning from feral to “almost” friendly.
 

Pricing:
Younger Pair: $3,200 for both.
Older Pair: $2,800 for both.
 

We prefer to sell them as bonded pairs, but may consider splitting them up for the right home—only if you already have miniature donkeys and allow us to come visit your place first!

 Now up for discussion to an amazing home only, our sweet 5-year-old sweet mini Jack. Mayhem is such a great guy. He loves attention, treats, and people. He lives with horses and other mini donkeys and has interacted with goats. He is halter trained, had a mini saddle on him a few times, and was very tolerant, but never actually ridden because no one is small enough to be the rider. We love this guy, and he is truly amazing. Unfortunately, we have found ourselves with too many jacks and we don’t want him to lose out on a great life. He is sound, fully vaccinated, and wormed, his feet are trimmed regularly. This is not your ordinary Jack. He is approximately 32” tall and perfect. His demeanor would be so amazing for breeding and his conformation is excellent. Sadly, our Jennys are too small to breed with him and he deserves to be in a place where he is king. Regardless of breeding or companion, he is your guy. He has learned to tolerate dogs and runs to the fence when he sees you coming. We need him to go to a place where there are other critters (preferably donkeys or horses) to interact with. The local new home would be amazing so we could possibly visit. We have owned him since he was about 2 and he came from a local family as well. Only serious inquiries, please. He is not cheap, and we are not desperate for him to go. We could help with transportation to the right place but would want to meet his new owner first if at all possible. You are welcome to come to meet him if you are seriously interested.  We are asking $2500 but would consider a lower sales price for the perfect home.
