 Willow & Daisy Looking for Their Forever Family 🩷🫏🩷

Riptide Stables is excited to offer Willow and Daisy, two wonderful miniature jenny donkeys, to a loving home of their own.

These sweet girls came to us as rescues and have made tremendous progress since arriving at our farm. With consistent veterinary care, farrier visits, quality feed and hay, socialization, and lots of love, they have transformed into healthy, happy donkeys that are ready for their next chapter.

Willow and Daisy are a bonded pair and spend their days alongside horses, ponies, other miniature donkeys, dogs, and the many visitors who come to the farm. They are gentle souls with kind personalities and absolutely no mean streak. Every day they continue to build trust and confidence, and it has been rewarding to watch them thrive.

Both Willow and Daisy are proven mothers and have raised foals. They have wonderful temperaments and especially enjoy the attention they receive from children during our farm camps and birthday party petting zoo events. They are favorites with many of our young visitors and have helped countless children experience the joy of interacting with farm animals.

Willow and Daisy have come a long way from where they started. They love treats and mealtime and will happily come up to say hello. While they can still be a little selective about being caught when they spot a lead rope, they are dramatically improved from when they first arrived. Given the progress they have already made, we are confident they will continue to blossom in a patient and loving home.

Their health and care have been a top priority. Both girls have received veterinary examinations, vaccinations, routine hoof care, and ongoing handling from our incredibly patient farrier and farm staff. They are healthy, happy, and well-adjusted to farm life.

We are not in a hurry to sell them. Our goal is simply to find the perfect family who will love them as much as we do. With so many miniature donkeys at Riptide Stables, we feel these girls deserve a family that can give them individual attention and a place to call their own.

Because Willow and Daisy are bonded and enjoy each other's companionship, we would strongly prefer that they go together. We may consider placing one separately only if the home already has another miniature donkey companion.

 Now up for discussion to an amazing home only, our sweet 5-year-old sweet mini Jack. Mayhem is such a great guy. He loves attention, treats, and people. He lives with horses and other mini donkeys and has interacted with goats. He is halter trained, had a mini saddle on him a few times, and was very tolerant, but never actually ridden because no one is small enough to be the rider. We love this guy, and he is truly amazing. Unfortunately, we have found ourselves with too many jacks and we don’t want him to lose out on a great life. He is sound, fully vaccinated, and wormed, his feet are trimmed regularly. This is not your ordinary Jack. He is approximately 32” tall and perfect. His demeanor would be so amazing for breeding and his conformation is excellent. Sadly, our Jennys are too small to breed with him and he deserves to be in a place where he is king. Regardless of breeding or companion, he is your guy. He has learned to tolerate dogs and runs to the fence when he sees you coming. We need him to go to a place where there are other critters (preferably donkeys or horses) to interact with. The local new home would be amazing so we could possibly visit. We have owned him since he was about 2 and he came from a local family as well. Only serious inquiries, please. He is not cheap, and we are not desperate for him to go. We could help with transportation to the right place but would want to meet his new owner first if at all possible. You are welcome to come to meet him if you are seriously interested.  We are asking $2500 but would consider a lower sales price for the perfect home.
