From intimate gatherings to full-scale celebrations, our farm offers a truly one-of-a-kind setting surrounded by natural beauty and our friendly animals. Whether you're planning a baby shower, bachelor or bachelorette party, corporate event, adult birthday celebration, family gathering, reunion, retirement party, graduation, wedding ceremony or reception, private party, field trip, or photo session—we’re excited to help create a meaningful and memorable experience for you and your guests.

Our 17-acre farm features picturesque ponds, wooded areas, barns, and open spaces that provide the perfect backdrop for any occasion. Guests of all ages enjoy interacting with our animals, including our adorable mini donkeys, ponies, and horses—adding a unique charm that makes every event unforgettable.

To help simplify your planning, we’ve created an Event Estimator Tool that provides a general idea of pricing based on your event details. By completing the form with as much information as possible—such as guest count, duration, and any additional services—you’ll receive an estimated cost to guide your planning process.

• Help us better understand your vision

Whether you're hosting a smaller gathering or planning a larger, more detailed event, we can customize and refine everything to suit your needs.

At Riptide Stables, we believe in offering flexibility, transparency, and value, similar to the experience we provide for our weddings. When you host your event here, you’ll have access to many of the same amenities that make our venue so special.

Depending on your event, available features can include:

• Use of our 42x30 pavilion with attached indoor space
• Bar area, ice maker, and refrigerator for your use or your bartender
• Access to up to  tables and 150 chairs (15-rounds, 6-rectangular, cocktail tables, etc.)
• A sound system and 85” TV for music, slideshows, or videos
• Beautiful lighting and simple farm décor for an easy setup
• Scenic features like our dock overlooking the pond, arbor, wooded nature trails, rustic barn, pastures full of horses and donkeys, and open spaces
• Bridal suite and groom’s changing space (when applicable)
• Full access to the property so you can design your event your way

Just like our weddings, we strive to make things simple—what’s included is included, with no hidden add-ons for these core features. Larger events (over 150 guests) can absolutely be accommodated but additional chairs and tables will need to be rented. 

At Riptide Stables, we do things a little differently. We truly believe your event should reflect your vision. While we’re always happy to recommend vendors, provide ideas, or offer guidance, you have the freedom to bring your own vendors, design your layout, and use the space however you’d like. We offer incredibly flexible options and the ability to tailor your event exactly how you envision it—whether that’s simple and relaxed or detailed and elaborate.

We love helping bring new ideas to life! If you don’t see exactly what you’re looking for in the estimator, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We are always open to creating custom experiences, new event concepts, and unique packages tailored specifically to you. We also offer special pricing for recurring events and ongoing bookings.

While the estimator can provide a general idea of wedding pricing, we recommend reaching out directly so we can build a custom package for you. Most weddings at Riptide Stables include:

• Exclusive use of the entire farm for the full day and overnight
• Access to all event spaces and amenities
• Optional overnight accommodations in our rustic two-bedroom apartment above the barn
• Grooms changing conditioned space with a refrigerator
• Complete flexibility to design your ceremony and reception

We work closely with each couple to create a wedding experience that feels personal, relaxed, and unforgettable.

Looking for a stunning and unique photo location? Our farm is the perfect setting. Photo sessions can be as short as one hour, making them easy to schedule while still giving you access to a variety of beautiful backdrops.
