Visit, feed and pet adorable farm animals for your child's birthday and enjoy our pavilion and indoor spaces for your food and cake. Also, you can add activities, games and crafts, plus pony rides included for all birthday kids. See options and FAQ below. BOOK A BIRTHDAY PARTY

Our property is perfect for your child's birthday party regardless of the weather, with options for indoor (barn) festivities or outdoor picnic table and grassy parties. All parties include a party host the entire time to help coordinate and oversee your child's fun. Your party coordinator will ensure your farm experience is fun, special, and goes smoothly.


Parties are three hours, including prep and clean-up time but can be booked for longer. There is a refrigerator to keep your cake and snacks fresh. You are welcome to bring whatever food, beverages, and decorations, etc. for your party.  Please note that adding a lot of extras may also add to the time needed for your event so that it will not be rushed. All details included in our reservation form that will be emailed upon request. 50% deposit will be required to reserve event time.

Site Content

All Birthday Parties start at $300 for up to 10 children and include the following:

  • Party hostess ( or two depending on the size of the party) for the entire event
  • Assistance with set up and clean up
  • Two mini donkeys and/or horses in a private petting area with treats to feed them and time to play with them with your hostess. The hostess will supervise the entire petting experience. (with hand sanitizer after)
  • Horse or Pony Ride Children are hand-walked by a party hostess a few laps around the riding ring after a brief instructional talk and all children meeting the horse.) 
  • One game of your choice from the list below
  • Tables and chairs for the food/cake that you provide and help with cleaning up after the fun. (depending on the weather, these can be inside the barn, the pavilion, or on the outside tables). Most parties are held in our pavilion and adjacent indoor space. 
  • Up to 20 adults at no charge.  NOTE - We cannot allow parents to bring alcohol, beer or wine to children's birthday parties. If, you would like to make your party into an event with beer and wine for the adults, we need to charge an additional $300 to cover the one day liability policy we require for adult parties.  Please reach out to us directly to coordinate this.

Event in General

  • Make the party longer than three hours: $50 / 30 minute addition. *Must be scheduled when booked*
  • Additional children $25 each additional child over the age of 12 months
  • Additional mini donkeys in petting area $10 each. Up to 4 additional miniature donkeys can join your party (two donkeys included)
  • Grab bags with candy and treats with a farm theme: $9 / bag
  • Farm tattoos $15 for whole group (1 tattoo per child) 
  • Bottles of water: $1
  • Cotton Candy for the whole group $75

Games

Crafts

*Note each craft takes about 30 minutes and prices vary depending on material costs*

  • Painting a Real Horseshoe (add $10 per child)
  • T-shirt Decorating (add $12 per child and provide sizes for all shirts at least 10 days in advance of your party.
  •  Paint a Canvas with your favorite farm animal. Kids go home with a 8x10 canvas painted by an animal of their choice. Canvas and paint put in Ziplock and then molasses put on outside of bag.. animal eats the molasses and designs an abstract painting at the same time. It gets messy but lots of fun. (Add $8 per child) 
  • Pine cone Bird Feeders (add $35 for this craft for up to 10 kids and $3 for each additional child. This is an activity and a craft. We will go look for pine cones and then decorate them with peanut butter and bird seed)
  • Painting Wooden Letters (add $10 per child. We need 10 days notice of which letter(s) you will want)
  • Decorate a Wooden Frame with ink stamps and markers or paints (decoration materials are age appropriate and TBD)

Activities

*Note times for activities depend on party group size and are based on 10 children below*

  • Bobbing for Apples (add $25. Note children will be wet and dirty. Towels are not provided so please consider bringing changes of clothes and consider temperature at the time of the event) Approx. 30 minutes
  • Pinata (add $65. We will fill it with basic candy and goodies or can load with your provided goodies. If you would like to bring your own filled pinata we have a place to hang it for the party game and this will only be a $20 cost to hang and host the activity) Approx. 25 minutes
  • Paint the White Horse (add $25. Older kids suggested but any can try! Our magical and very large white horse will be used as your canvas for your party background. This guy is friendly but feisty and fun to decorate.) Approx. 30 minutes
  • Nature Trail Walk and Donkey Sighting (add $20. Walk through the wooded trails and find a few of the other donkeys and possibly a horse or two amongst the trees and the back areas. Find pine cones and/or branches for crafts and enjoy nature) Approx. 20 minutes
  • Fire Pit and S'mores (add $50.  *kids 8 and older only*) Approx. 45 minutes
  • Night Time LED Light and Fire Pit Party (add $200 or coordinate directly for a custom party experience.  *For kids 12 and over only*  ) Approx. 2 hours

Party times are available on Saturdays & Sundays from either 10 am-1 pm or 2-5 pm for all parties. If we are not booked for 2 parties on a given day we can potentially accommodate other schedules. Weekday evenings are also available. Arrangements can be made for older kids (12 and older) to have nighttime led light games and fire pit parties. Parties are three hours long. Please come no more than 20 minutes early for set up and stay up to 30 minutes after for clean up.


You are welcome to book your party for as many children as you like Up to 10 participating children are included in the price, and additional kids are $25 each. We'll settle up on the day depending on final attendance if it is over your initial reserved group size. Of course, infants don't count towards the totals. Parents of children under the age of 8 must remain at the event the entire time with parental supervision.


Please come dressed for the weather. If it is muddy and wet, please wear boots to the farm. Animals can be brought into the barn for petting and most events and activities can still happen. If heavier rain, activities can go on full steam ahead inside.


50% non-refundable deposit required to secure your date/time. If you need to reschedule, we will try our best to work with you to find an alternate date/time. If you are unable to reschedule or accept cred toward a future party, you agree to forfeit your deposit. Rescheduling must be done 14 days in advance to retain a full credit unless we can book another event at your cancelled time.


Staff will lead the fun visiting with the farm animals first. Farm animal petting area can take as little as 20 minutes and as much time as you would like depending on what you may have added to your event. After washing hands, we proceed to do other fun activities and games (one game included and other events and games can be added on). The party ends with cake and drinks. Water can be provided by us but all food and other beverages must be porvided by you. Please consider time when adding on events. Petting can take 20-60 minutes depeding on your desires. This will take about 30 minutes to transition and play. Followed by cake and/or any snacks that you have provided for your guests. Please note that full meals (pizza, hot dogs, sandwiches are great ideas for quick and easy), will take longer to serve. This will typically take 30 minutes to an hour. We are happy to help with timing and scheduling once we know what you are looking for. Each event can be handled completely by us or your input and suggestions are welcome.


Please bring a cooler for drinks (so they are easy for your guests to access, party ware for all, and decorations if desired). We do have a refrigerator and freezer available to store your supplies until serving. 

NOTE - We cannot allow parents to bring alcohol, beer or wine to children's birthday parties. If, you would like to make your party into an event with beer and wine for the adults, we need to charge an additional $300 to cover the one day liability policy we require for adult parties.  Please reach out to us directly to coordinate this. 


The choice is yours. We have picnic tables, and you are welcome to cover them with tablecloths. If you bring balloons and decorations, please bring string, tape or whatever you may need. Please no confetti or sequin table decorations that tend to blow everywhere. Also, no party favors that cause string or paper to come out. We are concerned that animals will try to eat something that will cause them to be sick.

Once the date and time are confirmed, we will require a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is due the day before your event. If you are uncertain of your guest count then we can settle on party day for added kids or activities'. If you are certain that you have 10 or fewer children (or know your total count and which add-on you choose), you can choose to pay in full now to keep it simple.

Please be sure your guests only park in the parking areas. No one at any time should be parked in the grass. Thank you.
