Our property is perfect for your child's birthday party regardless of the weather, with options for indoor (barn) festivities or outdoor picnic table and grassy parties. All parties include a party host the entire tie to help coordinate and oversee your child's fun. Your party coordinator will ensure your farm experience is fun, special, and goes smoothly.
Parties are three hours, including prep and clean-up time but can be booked for longer. There is a refrigerator to keep your cake and snacks fresh. You are welcome to bring whatever food, beverages, and decorations, etc. for your party. Due to health codes and concerns about children's allergies and such, we do not provide any food or beverages for your event. Please note that adding a lot of extras may also add to the time needed for your event so that it will not be rushed. All details included in our reservation form that will be emailed upon request. 50% deposit will be required to reserve event time.

Party times are available on Saturdays & Sundays from either 10 am-1 pm or 2-5 pm for all parties. If we are not booked for 2 parties on a given day we can potentially accommodate other schedules. Weekday evenings are also available. Arrangements can be made for older kids (12 and older) to have nighttime led light games and fire pit parties. Parties are three hours long. Please come no more than 20 minutes early for set up and stay up to 30 minutes after for clean up.
You are welcome to book your party for as many children as you like Up to 10 participating children are included in the price, and additional kids are $25 each. We'll settle up on the day depending on final attendance if it is over your initial reserved group size. Of course, infants don't count towards the totals. Parents of children under the age of 12 must remain at the event the entire time with parental supervision.
Please come dressed for the weather. If it is muddy and wet, please wear boots to the farm. Animals can be brought into the barn for petting and most events and activities can still happen. If heavier rain, activities can go on full steam ahead inside.
50% non-refundable deposit required to secure your date/time. If you need to reschedule, we will try our best to work with you to find an alternate date/time. If you are unable to reschedule or accept cred toward a future party, you agree to forfeit your deposit. Rescheduling must be done 14 days in advance to retain a full credit unless we can book another event at your cancelled time.
Staff will lead the fun visiting with the farm animals first. Farm animal petting area can take as little as 20 minutes and as much time as you would like depending on what you may have added to your event. After washing hands, we proceed to do other fun activities and games (one game included and other events and games can be added on). The party ends with cake and drinks. Water can be provided by us but all food and other beverages must be porvided by you. Please consider time when adding on events. Petting can take 20-60 minutes depeding on your desires. This will take about 30 minutes to transition and play. Followed by cake and/or any snacks that you have provided for your guests. Please note that full meals (pizza, hot dogs, sandwiches are great ideas for quick and easy), will take longer to serve. This will typically take 30 minutes to an hour. We are happy to help with timing and scheduling once we know what you are looking for. Each event can be handled completely by us or your input and suggestions are welcome.
Please bring a cooler for drinks (so they are easy for your guests to access, party ware for all, and decorations if desired). We do have a refrigerator and freezer available to store your supplies until serving.
The choice is yours. We have picnic tables, and you are welcome to cover them with tablecloths. If you bring balloons and decorations, please bring string, tape or whatever you may need. Please no confetti or sequin table decorations that tend to blow everywhere. Also, no party favors that cause string or paper to come out. We are concerned that animals will try to eat something that will cause them to be sick.

Once the date and time are confirmed, we will require a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is due the day before your event. If you are uncertain of your guest count then we can settle on party day for added kids or activities'. If you are certain that you have 10 or fewer children (or know your total count and which add-on you choose), you can choose to pay in full now to keep it simple.

We are very flexible and would do our best to accommodate any ideas you have if we can. At this time Riptide Stables is only available for private events and is not open to the public..
